    and what if it isn’t in add or remove programs but still comes up? Can it hide inside IE? I think so. And it also hides on facebook, where it it keeps reinfecting you.

    It does seem to be well hidden, it’s attached itself to Google Chrome with me, but doesn’t show up on the add/remove programs list. The ‘manage search engines’ tip directed me to it thanks.

    It won’t uninstall in the control panel and is not showing up in my extensions on google chrome. Any help? I’m going to murder everyone envolved in making this stupid fbdownloader.
