d) Remove ProntoApp virus from Google Chrome
- Open your browser.
- Open the menu (the bars in the top right corner) and press Settings.
- Select Extensions, located in the menu on the left.
- Find all suspicious extensions and press the bin icon. If you are not sure which extensions are causing you trouble, you can uncheck the box that says 'Enabled' and that will disable the extension without deleting it.

f) Reset Google Chrome
- Open your browser.
- Open the menu (the bars in the top right corner) and press Settings.
- Scroll down and press Show advanced settings.
- At the bottom, you will find the option to Reset settings.
- In the window that appears, press Reset.
g) Remove ProntoApp virus from Mozilla Firefox
- Open your browser.
- Open the menu (the bars in the top right corner).
- Select Add-ons.
