My.start.incredibar was on a computer I was called to fix. It is a primary computer that deals with alot of transactions for Uhaul. This computer was installed just for Uhaul transactions so it has alot of customers information on it. Regardless, they were operating in a windows 7 operating system when this virus placed itself in the home address window. It also created other problems that they had when trying to fulfull a transaction.

I tried to remove this program using the instructions listed. That does not work. I changed and locked the toolbar and home address window. My.start.incredibar was back on this computer two days later. I am not sure what program it has attached itself too but I have spent 2 hours trying to isolate the program then remove incredibar manually. This virus has me stumped and I do not normally have problems removing vicious spyware or viruses.

Do you have any suggestions on manually removing this virus?
